A.   School : General information and Academic Administration
Kanchanaphisek technical college mahanakorn is a technical college that located in Minburi, Bangkok, Thailand. this college is under the office of Vocational Education Commission and formerly known as Minburi Technical College II. it was founded in 1991 – 24th December  1993. the college received an honor from his majesty the king Bhumibol Adulyadej during the celebration of the golden jubilee and named the college as kanchanaphisek technical college mahanakorn. Kanchanaphisek Technical College Mahanakorn is a college that is located in Minburi district, Bangkok Thailand. This college is totally different with school level such as; junior high school or senior high school which is starting from its department, time process, and its curriculum. But before we see deeply about those things, let us see its vision, uniqueness, identity, and motto. Its vision which is to develop main power skills, , to make standard qualities and to meet up with quality labor demands in workplaces and in the southeast Asian Region. Its uniqueness which is the school provides adequate educational facility for learning, and promotes the value of economic sufficiency. Its identity which shows elderly respect and service minded. And the last is about its motto which is committed to academic excellence, skills and moral values. In this college there are nine departments which are accounting, automotive, business computer, electrical power, electronics, machine tool, mechanical drawing, business retail, and welding. And this college also has two categories of education which are certificate of vocational and diploma of vocational. For certificate of vocational which is there are nine programs which are automotive, machine tool, welding, mechanical drawing, electrical power, electronic, accounting, business computer, and business retail. And for diploma of vocational which is there are nine programs which are automotive, production technology, welding technology, mechanical drawing technology, electrical power, electronic, accounting, business computer, and business retail management. For curriculum applying, in the certificate of vocational education the graduates of the certificate of vocational education the graduates of the certificate of vocational education must complete minimum 103 credits from different courses and participate in extracurricular activities: life skills courses minimum 22 credits, Thai language courses minimum 3 credits, foreign language course minimum 6 credits, science credits, science courses minimum 4 credits, mathematics courses minimum 4 credits, social studies courses minimum 3 credits, health education and physical education courses minimum 2 credits, vocation skills course minimum 71 credits, basic vocation skill course minimum 18 credits, specialized vocation skill course minimum 24 credits, elective vocational skill course minimum 21 credits, vocation skills practical experience 4 credits, vocation skills development project minimum 4 credits, electives minimum 10 credits, and extracurricular activities 2 hours per week, so the total minimum which is 103 credits. For diploma of vocational education which must complete 83 credits from different courses and participate in extracurricular activities: life skills courses minimum 21 credits, language skills and communication minimum 9 credits, the thinking skills and problem solving minimum 6 credits, social skills and livelihood minimum 6 credits, professional minimum 56 credits, the basic professional skills minimum 15 credits, professional skill minimum 21 credits, the selection of professional skill minimum 12 credits, professional skills training minimum 4 credits, development of professional skills minimum 4 credits, electives minimum 6 credits, and extracurricular activities minimum 2 hours per week, which total credit is 83 credits. And the last for the bachelor degree of vocational education which is 72 credits from different courses and participate in extracurricular activities which is life skill courses minimum 15 credits, language skills and communication minimum 6 credits, thinking skills and problem solving minimum 3 credits, social skills and livelihood minimum 6 credits, professional minimum 51 credits, professional skills minimum 30 credits, the selection of professional skills minimum 15 credits, vocation skills development project minimum 6 credits, electives minimum 3 credits, and extracurricular activities 2 hours per week, which is total 72 credits. And the last about the teaching and learning subjects that relate in English language which there are three skills that are taught in this college in English language which are reading, speaking and listening, and technical English.
B.   Padagogical Contents
In Kanchanaphisek Technical College Mahanakorn some methods that are usually used in teaching process are problem solving method, speech, and discussion method. First method which is problem solving method is usually used by the teacher in listening and speaking subject to finish some exercises like fill in the blanks and answer questions. Second that is speech method is commonly used by teachers in delivering their materials orally. And the last about discussion that is usually used in solving problem together in students’ learning process with pair or group. In this college, teachers in English language usually use text book provided in delivering materials but sometimes they also create their own materials which those still relate with the subject. For the technology using, which is this college teachers uses projector and sound system in delivering their material teaching and learning process, and for their authentic assessment is considered for students’ attending list and their score.
C. Teaching plan

For diploma of vocational education which must complete 83 credits from different courses and participate in extracurricular activities: life skills courses minimum 21 credits, language skills and communication minimum 9 credits, the thinking skills and problem solving minimum 6 credits, social skills and livelihood minimum 6 credits, professional minimum 56 credits, the basic professional skills minimum 15 credits, professional skill minimum 21 credits, the selection of professional skill minimum 12 credits, professional skills training minimum 4 credits, development of professional skills minimum 4 credits, electives minimum 6 credits, and extracurricular activities minimum 2 hours per week, which total credit is 83 credits. And the last for the bachelor degree of vocational education which is 72 credits from different courses and participate in extracurricular activities which is life skill courses minimum 15 credits, language skills and communication minimum 6 credits, thinking skills and problem solving minimum 3 credits, social skills and livelihood minimum 6 credits, professional minimum 51 credits, professional skills minimum 30 credits, the selection of professional skills minimum 15 credits, vocation skills development project minimum 6 credits, electives minimum 3 credits, and extracurricular activities 2 hours per week, which is total 72 credits. D. Observation on teachers
For the classroom observation that my friends and I spent about one week to observe every teacher’s class in English subject, that first we observed teacher who teaches about reading subject which is the class activity was so active because the teacher is so funny and used the real media in teaching the students which she used a clock in delivering the material was about timetable, and she used speech method in delivering material. Second we observed teacher who teaches technical English subject which the material is only about all of the things that refer to be used by students in their skill, for example if the students come from Electronic department means that the students will only learnt about things or tools that is usually found in their own department, which she also used a projector and pictures as media in teaching the students. And the last we observed the teacher who teaches about speaking and listening subject which is the class conducted used all of media such as sound system, handouts, and picture that made the class activity became the interesting one which the students were so serious in following the class activity. In teachers’ measurement and evaluation, they usually give attention for students’ attending list and every test (score) that the students do as the final decision for students’ report. 
E. Teaching practice
The subject was going to be taught by me, which is about listening and speaking 1. In my teaching practice which I should design my teaching style that relates with students’ listening and speaking improvement. The procedure teaching that  have been applied by me, which is for the first day in my teaching practice the activities that was designed in teaching the class were first I introduced myself, after that the students also introduced themselves, played a game which is Chinese whisper, explained the material that is about expression of asking giving information, giving exercise that comprised of fill in the blanks (Listening), true or false (Checking students’ understanding), practicing conversation (Speaking), questions (Improving students’ understanding), and finally explained to them about ways in improving listening and speaking skill. The time allocating provided is two hours for one subject, which is first I introduced myself, after that the students also introduced themselves, singing a song, and played a game which is Chinese whisper as the pre activity that I spent 30 minutes. Second is about whist activity that I spent 60 minutes which activity conducted comprises of explained the material that is about expression of asking giving information, giving exercise that comprised of fill in the blanks (Listening), true or false (Checking students’ understanding), practicing conversation (Speaking), questions (Improving students’ understanding). And the last about post activity that the activity conducted was explained to them about ways in improving listening and speaking skill. This procedure was applied for my last teaching (Evaluation’s day) which I changed the procedure teaching from the first and second teaching procedure by adding sing a song that is made because the students in the class activity sometimes feel bored in following the activity, which I think that singing a song is a good solution in losing students’ boredom. 
F. Summary and Suggestion
In this practical teaching there are so many important things that I get, which is also dealing with purpose of this practical teaching that is useful to improve my teaching skill, practicing my English language skill, and to make me can teach student outside my country. The first point is about improving my teaching skill that is really felt by me in conducting my practical teaching, where there are so many my own creating like activity and lesson plan that I made and those make me think that I have improved my teaching skill. The second is about improving my English skill that is in conducting my practical teaching in here, I must totally use English language that It can be directly improved the language because it is usually used in my daily conversation here. The last point is about able to teach students in my country, which is almost students who are studying in teacher education want to be a professional teacher, and for me to be the professional one I must be able to teach students in my country but also students outside my country. In conducting my practical teaching, there are two important sections that should be done by me which are classroom observation and teaching practice section. My time schedule that I taught students of electric power department on Tuesday, drafting department on Wednesday, and accounting department on Thursday.  During two weeks that I spent in conducting my practical teaching, which there are so many important outcomes that I get which is first I can directly improve my English skill, my teaching skill that comprises of how to create my own lesson plan, my own activity in classroom, understanding students’ desire, and how to design interesting class that makes the lazy one becomes the active one, and the last this experience become the basic in making me to be a professional teacher who is not only able to teach students in my country but also outside my country. Based on the evaluation day, my advisor said to me that in conducting the class activity the activity used must relate with the material that will be taught for example if I want to make a game and a song in the class activity which those should have relation with the material. I appreciated all of the suggestion that I think that is very good one in my future improvement in teaching process.
